We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

At this time, we are pleased to offer Free shipping exclusively within the United States, but not to PR, AK, HI, etc. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping options in the future. Standard shipping normally takes 5-7 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

To guarantee receiving your desired item, we recommend returning the current item and placing a separate purchase once the return is approved.

- We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to request a return after received your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label with an issued Return Authorization number, as well as instructions on how to send back your package.
Please ensure that all elements and parts of the product you are returning, including the original packaging, are included. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you of its approval status. After approved, your refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund as well.
